The HVAC Service Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the HVAC service department. Ensuring high-quality service delivery, efficient operations, customer satisfaction, and other tasks and responsibilities as required to maintain efficient department operations. Your role involves managing a team of skilled technicians, ensuring that all service calls are handled efficiently and professionally. You will be responsible for monitoring job performance and maintaining compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Job Requirements:
- Previous HVAC experience
- Previous management experience
- Pre-employment background check

- Valid drivers license
- Have and maintain a clean driving record
