Central Alabama Commercial Printer seeking new applicants for the position of Digital Press Operator.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Press Operator located in Montgomery, AL. The Digital Press Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining KM digital printing equipment, ensuring high-quality production, and meeting project deadlines. Day-to-day tasks include machine setup, monitoring print jobs for accuracy, troubleshooting printing issues, and performing work area maintenance. The role also involves collaborating with other team members to optimize workflows and ensure efficient production.
Qualifications
- Previous digital press experience required.
- Experience with Adobe CS and prepress software preferred.
- Knowledge of different printing materials desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and expertise in Quality Control
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certifications in printing technology are a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Projected Total Compensation: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
