Walnut Ridge Townhomes is seeking a motivated and organized Leasing Agent to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced office environment, and has strong administrative and communication skills.
Typical duties include, but are not limited to:
- Conduct tours of available townhomes and assist prospective residents through the leasing process
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and online inquiries
- Process rental applications and prepare lease documents
- Conduct move-in and move-out inspections
- Coordinate with the maintenance team regarding work orders and resident requests
- Advertise available townhomes by maintaining accurate online listings
- Assist with rent collection, resident communications and general office administration
- Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents
Job Type: Full-time
