About the Role
This is a dynamic, hands-on position combining day-to-day operations with business development and sales strategy. You’ll play a key role in improving patient experience, team performance, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinic operations and staff performance
- Track productivity, and financial performance
- Drive patient acquisition through internal & external sales processes
- Build referral relationships and community partnerships
- Ensure exceptional patient experience from first contact to follow-up
- Collaborate with providers on growth strategies
Sales & Growth Focus
- Convert leads into scheduled patients
- Improve retention and patient lifetime value
- Monitor and improve conversion metrics
Qualifications
- Strong sales mindset with proven ability to drive growth
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Healthcare, chiropractic, physical therapy, or wellness background preferred
