YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER
In this hybrid Pre-Licensed Psychotherapist role, you deliver trauma-informed, culturally responsive psychotherapy to clients across the lifespan, from children and adolescents to couples and families, balancing in-person sessions with the ease of telehealth. You conduct in-depth assessments and craft personalized treatment plans with compassion and precision. Throughout your day, you collaborate with colleagues and external providers to ensure comprehensive care, while maintaining accurate documentation and upholding ethical standards. While you work independently, you are never alone. You are supported by a team that values your input, background, and dedication to healing.
WHAT'S REQUIRED?
- Master's degree in counseling, social work, or a related field from an accredited program
- Eligible for state licensure in Pennsylvania (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT)
- Strong interest and passion for working with diverse populations, including BIPOC and LGBTQIA communities
- Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families in a clinical setting
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Proficiency in telehealth platforms and technology
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience with diverse populations and trauma-informed care
- Familiarity with evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, etc
