ABOUT THIS PART-TIME REMOTE PSYCHOTHERAPIST JOB
You start your day knowing you'll make a difference-logging into your virtual office from the comfort of your home, ready to support clients who are trusting you with their most vulnerable moments. You're working with individuals from BIPOC and LGBTQIA communities, providing them with culturally affirming therapy that acknowledges their unique experiences. Throughout the day, you conduct comprehensive assessments, guide clients through trauma, anxiety, or relationship concerns using evidence-based approaches, and document your sessions with professionalism and care. You hop on a collaborative team meeting for peer consultation, feeling supported and heard by colleagues who share your passion for inclusive care. With a flexible schedule, you're empowered to structure your caseload of at least 15 clients per week in a way that supports your work-life balance-all while continuing to grow your skills and specialize in the niche you love most.
Would you excel in this remote Psychotherapist position? Here's what you need:
- Active and unrestricted mental health license in Delaware (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD)
- 2 years of post-licensure experience providing therapy
- Competency and experience working with BIPOC and LGBTQIA communities
- Telehealth experience with comfort using virtual platforms for therapy
- Eligibility for credentialing with insurance companies
- Malpractice insurance
Preferred qualifications:
- Niche area of expertise in mental health (e.g., trauma-informed care, EMDR, CBT, DBT, couples therapy, etc.)
- Experience working in private practice or community mental health settings
- Bilingual
