We are seeking a Project Manager with direct electrical contractor experience to lead complex projects from preconstruction through closeout. • Support and develop Assistant Project Managers and emerging talent.

What You Bring

  • 5 years of experience with an electrical contractor or subcontractor managing utility or industrial electrical construction projects

  • Experience managing project financials, including budgets, forecasting, and change orders
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, field-driven environment with high accountability
  • Clear, direct communicator who can work effectively with both field teams and clients

Strongly Preferred:

  • Experience with substations, transmission, or high-voltage systems
  • Background working with self-perform electrical contractors
  • Experience managing multimillion-dollar electrical scopes ($5M )

Why McPhee

At McPhee, Safety is non-negotiable, Quality is expected, and Productivity is achieved through strong execution, not shortcuts. You’ll work on meaningful infrastructure projects alongside teams that take pride in their work and operate with a field-first mindset.
