We are seeking an experienced General Service Carpenter / Handyperson to join our team and support the Property Management division. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled, dependable professional who takes pride in their work and enjoys providing exceptional service to homeowners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general home maintenance, repairs, and carpentry projects.
- Address service requests and property maintenance needs for residential clients.
- Complete repairs and improvements with attention to quality, detail, and craftsmanship.
- Interact professionally with homeowners, colleagues, subcontractors, and other trade professionals.
- Identify maintenance concerns and communicate recommended solutions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Represent McPhee Associates with professionalism and respect in every client interaction.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of proven experience in residential construction, carpentry, and home maintenance.
- Strong general carpentry and troubleshooting skills.
- A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic.
- Dependability, honesty, and integrity.
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- A willingness to learn and work collaboratively with colleagues and trade professionals.
- A professional appearance and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Requirements:
- Full complement of personal tools appropriate for the position.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Flexibility to work occasional overtime as needed.
