Experience in framing, exterior work, decks, remodeling, and finish work is a major plus.
We are also hiring construction laborers/helpers. Experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train someone who is dependable, works hard, listens, and genuinely wants to learn the trade.
We are looking for people who:
● Show up on time and are dependable
● Have a strong work ethic
● Take pride in their work
● Work well as part of a crew
● Are willing to learn and take direction
● Can safely perform physical construction work
● Have reliable transportation
● Have their own basic hand tools (preferred for experienced applicants)
We have steady work and are looking for long-term employees who want to grow with the company. There is plenty of opportunity for increased responsibility and better pay for people who prove themselves.
Pay is based on experience, skill level, reliability, and ability.
If you’re experienced and looking for a company where your skills will be valued, or you’re hardworking and looking for an opportunity to learn the trades, we want to hear from you
