- Alpha Helpdesk: First line of Support for Sourcing and Suppliers
- Vendor Setup/Change Requests
- Supply Chain Connect (SCC) Support
- Payment Issue Resolution
- Supplier Data Management
- Management of Service Deliverables to SLA’s
- Training of resources on processes
- Excellent Communication Skills (verbal and written English)
- General Purchasing System Skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Customer Service
