What You’ll Do
- Follow step-by-step instructions to configure IT devices based on customer needs
- Unbox, kit, clean, inspect, test, and repackage equipment for deployment
- Ensure devices are functioning properly before shipment
- Work hands-on with laptops, desktops, and related IT equipment
- Escalate technical questions or issues to your supervisor
- Collaborate with teammates and participate in team meetings
- Share ideas to improve processes and efficiency
- Take on additional responsibilities as you grow in the role

Qualifications

Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1 year of related experience or relevant training preferred
- Valid Driver’s License (fewer than 6 points to meet insurance requirements)
Physical Requirements
- Lift and carry up to 60 lbs
- Standing, bending, and transporting equipment about 50% of the time
- Use of basic hand tools
- Light cleaning and basic hardware assembly/disassembly
- Ability to work from a computer and follow instructions
