Job Description
This position is structured to provide entry-level employees with hands-on experience in commercial construction on a project site. After a period of successful time in the field, there is progression to other areas of construction (superintendent, estimating, project management, etc.) so that you have the ability to gain exposure and knowledge across the spectrum of industry roles before firmly deciding on a path. Assignment to one (or multiple) project sites will likely require travel, but that will depend on current project needs and locations. This position will assist the Superintendent with all job-site activity, including management of subcontractors, suppliers, laborers, and field staff. This will include processing project documentation, scheduling and coordinating trades, and preparing for and leading various meetings with subcontractors, owners, and architects.
Candidates must understand the importance of being able to produce a quality product safely, on budget, and on time.

Qualifications: Education, Experience, and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred. Relevant work experience will also be considered.
- Experience in reading and interpreting plans, specs, safety regulations, maintenance instructions, etc.
- Strong people skills and the ability to communicate effectively
- Prior experience with ProCore, Project, Bluebeam, and overall IT knowledge is strongly desired.
- Must be willing to travel.
