Job Description
This is an entry/mid-level field position that requires an individual who has some construction experience and is seeking to develop their skills and build an in-depth knowledge of the commercial construction industry and the inner workings of running a job site. This position is responsible for assisting the Superintendent with all job-site activity, including management of all subcontractors & suppliers, coordinating deliveries, cataloging and tracking materials, daily logs, and various meetings. The Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent are supported by and support a Project Manager and Project Coordinator who are both typically off-site. Candidates must understand the importance of being able to produce a quality product safely, on budget, and on time.
This is a traveling position, with average project durations of 10-14 months. There are many variables in our industry that impact our "Return Home" practices; in any event, we strive to be fair and accommodating in balancing the needs of you, our business, and the project.

Qualifications: Education, Experience, and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred. Relevant work experience will also be considered.
- Experience in reading and interpreting plans, specs, safety regulations, maintenance instructions, etc.
- Strong people skills and the ability to communicate effectively
- Prior experience with ProCore, Project, Bluebeam, and overall IT knowledge is strongly desired.
- Must be willing to travel.
