PAY:
- With experience: $25-$35 per hour (depending on experience)
- Without experience: $20 per hour with company-provided training

SCHEDULE
As an HVAC Service Tech, you'll enjoy a full-time schedule, Monday to Friday, from 7 AM to 5 PM, with opportunities for overtime. Technicians start their day by coming to the office, which operates from 8 AM to 5 PM, and then dispatch to various job sites, providing structure and coordination. Weekend availability and on-call shifts may be required to meet customer needs.
YOUR DAY AS AN HVAC SERVICE TECH
Your day begins at the office, where you then head to job sites across Pensacola. You'll install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, diagnose issues, and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance. You'll also engage with customers, providing excellent service while adhering to industry standards and safety protocols.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- HVAC certification or relevant technical training
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience as an HVAC technician (willing to train the right candidate with no experience)
- Strong knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems, components, and maintenance practices
