THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 1 years of HVAC experience
- 2 years of successful sales experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Strong communication skills
- Accountability and enthusiasm for achieving financial goals
- Ability to overcome objections and close sales as well as work independently with minimal supervision
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A COMMERCIAL HVAC SALES
As a Commercial HVAC Sales, you will set out to connect with business owners, property managers, and facility directors, identifying opportunities to provide customized commercial HVAC solutions. You will visit commercial properties, assess their needs, and educate decision-makers on the benefits of upgrading or replacing their large RTU systems. Using your expertise, you will prepare proposals, present tailored solutions, and guide clients through the decision-making process.
