Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lake Zurich, IL. The Operations Coordinator for Snow & Ice Management will oversee daily operations, ensure effective communication between teams, and manage logistics for snow removal projects. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, assisting with administrative tasks, handling client inquiries and requests, and ensuring smooth execution of snow and ice management services during the season. The role requires multitasking, problem-solving, and a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong Operations Management and Analytical Skills with the ability to coordinate complex schedules and manage logistics efficiently.
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and team members, addressing inquiries and providing support.
- Experience in Administrative Assistance, with proficiency in organizing documents, maintaining records, and supporting operational functions.
- Proficient in time management, prioritizing multiple tasks, and attention to detail for accuracy in operational processes.
- Proficiency with relevant software tools and technologies is a plus.
- Familiarity with snow and ice management or a similar operational field is preferred but not required.
