Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team. This role is crucial to maintaining our high standards of quality, consistency, and operational efficiency. The Kitchen Manager will oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, staff management, and inventory control, while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, consistency, and timely service.
- Manage and mentor kitchen staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with the executive chef to develop and update seasonal menus.
- Monitor food costs, portion control, and inventory to meet budget goals.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
- Coordinate with front-of-house management to deliver a seamless dining experience.

Qualifications
