Core Responsibilities

• Run comprehensive inspections utilizing an open plate setup to validate product conformance.
• Execute and troubleshoot established CMM programs to maintain trustworthy measurements.
• Log defects and non-conformities and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Work directly with production to resolve quality issues quickly and effectively.
• Keep all equipment calibrated, validated, and in proper working order.
• Maintain precise inspection records and test outcomes.
• Contribute to drafting and implementing quality control procedures.
• Participate in routine audits and quality assessments.
• Offer feedback and suggest continuous improvement ideas.

What You'll Need to Excel

• High school diploma or equivalent; quality-related certification preferred.
• 5–8 years of inspection/manufacturing experience.
• Proven ability to execute CMM programs (required).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Competence in reading technical drawings and specifications.
• Clear communicator and team player.
• Understanding of quality tools and methodologies.
• Skilled with measurement and testing equipment.
