Core Responsibilities
- Run comprehensive inspections utilizing an open plate setup to validate product conformance.
- Execute and troubleshoot established CMM programs to maintain trustworthy measurements.
- Log defects and non-conformities and communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Work directly with production to resolve quality issues quickly and effectively.
- Keep all equipment calibrated, validated, and in proper working order.
- Maintain precise inspection records and test outcomes.
- Contribute to drafting and implementing quality control procedures.
- Participate in routine audits and quality assessments.
- Offer feedback and suggest continuous improvement ideas.
What You'll Need to Excel
- High school diploma or equivalent; quality-related certification preferred.
- 5–8 years of inspection/manufacturing experience.
- Proven ability to execute CMM programs (required).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Competence in reading technical drawings and specifications.
- Clear communicator and team player.
- Understanding of quality tools and methodologies.
- Skilled with measurement and testing equipment.
