Qualifications Needed:
*High school degree or GED equivalent.
* Minimum 1 year of prior sales experience.
*Ability to learn quickly if experience doesn't include lighting or design industry knowledge.
* Ability to adjust to the fast-paced environment requiring multi-tasking, organizational skills and accountability.
*Strong written and verbal communication skills.
*Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
* Demonstrate the ability for self-motivation and self-initiative when clients are not present.
* Ability to sit, stand, squat, bend, and lift between five and sixty pounds, and climb a ladder on a regular basis.
* Process sales orders for customer and vendors.
*Office duties include but not limited to Data Entry, Answering Phones
Receiving Shipments, Filing, Email and Visual Merchandising.
