Automotive Floor Salesperson
Location: Santa Ana, CA (On-site)

Salary Range: $50,000 - $120,000/year
(Salary includes base hourly compensation of $16.50 plus unit performance bonuses and commissions on the front and back end)
As the Automotive Floor Salesperson at Guaranty Chevrolet, you are the first impression our customers have of our dealership. We’re seeking a dynamic, bilingual (English/Spanish) team player with automotive sales experience to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Your outgoing personality, sales expertise, and language skills will help drive success in our diverse community.
Responsibilities
- Bring a positive attitude and enthusiasm to our outstanding team.
- Follow up with prospective customers who haven’t purchased, reaching out to schedule in-person appointments to assist with their vehicle selection.
- Become a product expert on all Guaranty Chevrolet vehicles.
- Execute the sales and delivery process to provide the best possible customer experience.
- Commit to continuous training and self-improvement to excel as a professional salesperson.
Qualifications
- Preferred: Proven experience in automotive sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Preferred: Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish to effectively communicate with our diverse customer base.
- Strong customer service or general sales background (e.g., electronics, appliances, real estate, B2B, or marketing) is a plus.
- Outgoing, friendly, and customer-service-oriented approach.
