McMichael Taylor Gray, LLC is seeking a Deed-in-Lieu of Foreclosure Specialist for our Peachtree Corners, GA office location.
Requirements
- Title review and title clearance
- Consult clients on Title and Conveyance search findings to process Deed in Lieu.
- Draft Deeds and Release of liens to complete the Deed in Lieu files for clients.
- Identify Lien Priority based on title abstracts, Circuit Court Case Search, and outside counsel.
Skills/Abilities:
- At least one year of legal experience and knowledge of the foreclosure process.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to think and act with little supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize caseload.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have basic computer proficiency, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Microsoft Teams
- Ability to read and understand legal documents (including recorded deed of trust and assignments) (preferred).
- 2 years of experience with data entry, affidavits, real estate law, foreclosure, and/or bankruptcy (preferred).
- Experience with client systems including Black Knight, Tempo, CaseAware, and Perfect Practice a plus.
