Overview:
We are seeking a driven and outgoing Salesperson to generate new business and grow existing accounts across our meeting spaces, catering services, and hotel room offerings. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and working both independently and in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through outside sales calls and cold calling
- Sell meeting and event spaces, catering services, and hotel room blocks to corporate clients, organizations, and individuals
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
- Conduct site tours and presentations for prospective clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of booked events and stays
- Meet and exceed sales goals and revenue targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, leads, and client interactions
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience (hospitality sales preferred but not required)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Comfortable with cold calling and prospecting new clients
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license (this role requires regular travel for outside sales calls)
