Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role located in Odessa, TX. The Salesperson will actively engage with clients, provide product knowledge, and address customer needs while maintaining excellent relationships. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, managing inventory requests, coordinating with the warehouse and shipping teams, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the Salesperson will represent the company professionally, assisting in growing the customer base through effective communication and service delivery.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills, coupled with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities
- Customer service and relationship-building skills to maintain and grow client satisfaction
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage inventory and coordinate with other teams
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of the oilfield or industrial parts industry is an advantage
- Motivated self-starter with the ability to work efficiently in an on-site environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or a related field is a plus
