JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position Summary MCM Composites, LLC is seeking a
detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to perform a variety of tasks
ranging from general facility needs, completing routine preventative
maintenance, and repairing malfunctioning mechanical, electrical, and
hydraulic equipment. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, mechanically
inclined, able to do advanced troubleshooting, and resolve equipment
Issues Efficiently To Minimize Downtime. Experience / Qualifications
Performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting breakdowns, and
machine installations. Detail oriented with the ability to troubleshoot
complex electrical and mechanical issues. Ability to adapt to changing
priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Experience with: o
Hydraulics and pneumatics o PLCs o AC, DC, low-voltage, and 480V
electrical systems o Three-phase motors o Thermocouples and heating
systems o Sensors, switches, solid state relays (SSR), fans, and
blowers. PLC programming certification or manufacturer training is
preferred. HMI programming certification or manufacturer training is
Preferred. Forklift Experience Or Certification Is Preferred But Not
required. Follow company safety procedures to ensure your safety, as
well as the safety of others. Duties and Responsibilities Read work
orders to determine which machines and equipment require repair or
maintenance. Record machine repair and maintenance information. Routine
machinery maintenance. Routine preventative maintenance. Conduct both
mechanical and electrical repairs on equipment. Inspect and test damaged
machine parts. Install, replace, or change machine parts. Reassemble
machines after the completion of repair or maintenance work. Start
machines and observe mechanical operation to determine functionality.
Education Requirement High school diploma or equivalent. Additional
education in PLC and HMI programming, or a related technical field
