What You’ll Be Doing:
- Set up and monitor drying equipment to IICRC standards
- Extract water, set containment, and protect property
- Demo & remove damaged drywall, cabinetry, and flooring
- Take moisture readings and keep clear documentation
- Provide daily updates to clients & teammates
- Keep safety first and your company vehicle stocked & ready
What We’re Looking For:
- IICRC WRT Certification (1 year) — additional certs are a plus
- A positive, team-first attitude
- Physically fit to handle PPE and lift up to 75 lbs
- Clean driving record, drug-free, and able to pass a background check
- Willingness to participate in a rotating on-call schedule
