McLeod Construction is a long-standing Seattle general contractor specializing in high-end residential remodeling. We take pride in delivering exceptional craftsmanship and maintaining strong client relationships. Our projects are primarily located in the Seattle/Bellevue/Everett area.
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator (PA) to support our field and office operations. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy managing schedules, coordinating teams, and keeping operations running smoothly, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Field Support:
- Schedule monthly meetings and quarterly breakfasts with the field crew.
- Organize monthly off-site meetings with key elevated crew members.
- Maintain training records, including technician continuing education and certification expirations.
- Develop and manage processes for equipment inventory, maintenance, and consumable tracking.
- Implement a system for lockbox recovery.
- Maintain employee performance records for field crew interactions.
Office Administration:
- Support safety committee initiatives and maintain safety documentation.
- Prepare and organize blue field folders.
- Create and maintain work orders (WO) within company systems and logs.
- Manage asbestos reports, invoices, and related documentation.
- Assist in contacting vendors, including plumbing, asbestos abatement, roofing, and electrical contractors.
- Monitor and manage email communications under supervisor oversight.
- Process and file paperwork, including scanning and job costing.
- Support collections and assist in developing an efficient system.
Qualifications:
- Experience with scheduling, documentation, and administrative coordination.
- Experience in Construction a plus!
- Fluency in Spanish is required for this role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work with multiple departments and external vendors.
- Detail-oriented and proactive problem solver.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive hourly wage $30.00 - $33.00 DOE with eligibility for overtime.
- Paid Time Off (PTO) – 13 days per year.
