At McLeod Centers for Wellbeing, Facilities Technicians do more than complete repairs and maintenance tasks. This role helps ensure our clinics, offices, and recovery spaces remain safe, functional, and welcoming for both patients and staff. We are seeking someone who takes pride in problem-solving, supporting operations behind the scenes, and helping our mission move forward every single day.
What You’ll Be Doing
- • Perform preventative and scheduled maintenance across multiple facilities
• Conduct routine facility inspections to identify repair needs and safety concerns
• Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues
• Support facility readiness, equipment functionality, and overall site operations
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments regarding repairs and projects
• Maintain maintenance records, inspection logs, and compliance documentation
• Ensure facilities remain compliant with safety standards and operational guidelines
• Assist with additional operational and facilities-related projects as needed
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to urgent facility needs when necessary
• Travel between McLeod locations to support facility needs

What You Bring
- • High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 2 years of facilities, maintenance, or technical experience
• Valid Driver’s License required
• HVAC Certification preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform moderate physical activity
• Strong troubleshooting and organizational skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and other Microsoft Office tools preferred
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
