La responsabilidad de un Limpiador Profesional es mantener un sitio de trabajo en condiciones óptimas a través de tareas como desinfectar, trapear, barrer y aspirar, entre otras funciones, mientras informa problemas al supervisor.

El candidato ideal sería una persona motivada y emprendedora que pueda planificar, priorizar y tomar la iniciativa en el trabajo. Buscamos personas con un alto grado de responsabilidad que estén listas para comenzar a trabajar.

DEBERES Y RESPONSABILIDADES:

• Limpiar los edificios incluye: vaciar basura, aspirar los pisos, barrer, trapear y limpiar las superficies asignadas
• Tiene que poder cargar 
• Debe poder transportar o levantar más de 30 libras
• Supervisar la seguridad del edificio cerrando puertas después de las horas de operación y verificar el uso de electrodomésticos para garantizar que no se creen riesgos.
• Usar adecuadamente soluciones de limpieza para eliminar manchas y limpiar superficies.
• Usar productos químicos de limpieza aprobados, y usando el adecuado EPP (Equipo de Protección Personal) al igual deben cumplir con las SDS (las hojas de datos de seguridad que proporcionan información valiosa para el programa de salud y la seguridad de los empleados)
• Limpiar ventanas, particiones de vidrio y espejos, usando limpiadores, esponjas y jabones adecuados.
• Desempolvar muebles y tallar areas hasta que queden limpias.
• Limpiar y dar servicio a los baños la veces necesarias usando trapeadores y desinfectantes adecuados.
• Llegar a tiempo para el turno programado y completar todo el trabajo en el tiempo asignado.
• Identificar e informar las reparaciones necesarias en los equipos para garantizar que estén bien mantenidos.
• Entrenar en otras tareas o áreas asignadas por el Supervisor.

The responsibility of a Professional Cleaner is to maintain a work site in optimal conditions through tasks such as disinfecting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming, among other functions, while reporting issues to the supervisor. The ideal candidate would be a motivated and enterprising person who can plan, prioritize, and take initiative at work. We are looking for people with a high degree of responsibility who are ready to start working.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Cleaning the buildings include: emptying trash, vacuuming floors, sweeping, mopping, and cleaning assigned surfaces.

Must be able to lift. Must be able to carry or lift more than 30 pounds.

• Oversee building safety by locking doors after operating hours and checking appliance use to ensure no hazards are created.
• Properly use cleaning solutions to remove stains and clean surfaces.
• Use approved cleaning chemicals, and using the appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), you must also comply with the SDS (Safety Data Sheets that provide valuable information for the employee health and safety program).
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using appropriate cleaners, sponges, and soaps.
• Dust furniture and scrub areas until they are clean.
• Clean and service bathrooms as often as necessary using mops and appropriate disinfectants.
• Arrive on time for the scheduled shift and complete all work within the assigned time.

Identify and report necessary repairs on equipment to ensure they are well maintained. Train in other tasks or areas assigned by the Supervisor.
