Schedules Available:

• Weekdays – Monday – Friday, 10am - 1pm
• Weekends – Rotation Schedule
• Required – Must pass Background check & drug screen

Horarios:

• Semana- Lunes – Viernes, 10 am - 1pm
• Fines de Semana-  Horario de rotación

 Job Skills / Requirements

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Clean buildings by emptying trash, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and cleaning surfaces as assigned.
• Must be able to carry and or lift over 30lbs
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using proper cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.
• Monitor building’s security and safety by locking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created.
• Properly use cleaning solutions and chemicals to remove stains and clean surfaces.
• Use approved cleaning solutions with proper PPE as required and must follow SDS.
• Dust furniture and scrub surface clean.
• Clean and service restrooms with mops and proper disinfectants.
• Arrive on time for the shift as scheduled and complete all work in the allotted time.
• Identify and report needed repairs on equipment to ensure they are well-maintained.
• Crosstrain on other duties or areas as assigned by Supervisor.

Habilidades / Requisitos del Trabajo

DEBERES Y RESPONSABILIDADES:

• Limpiar los edificios vaciando la basura, pasando la aspiradora, barriendo, trapeando y limpiando superficies según se asignen.
• Debe poder cargar y/o levantar más de 30 libras.
• Limpiar ventanas, mamparas de vidrio y espejos usando limpiadores, esponjas y racletas adecuadas.
• Monitorear la seguridad y protección del edificio cerrando puertas después del horario de operación y revisando el uso de aparatos eléctricos para asegurarse de que no se creen riesgos.
• Usar adecuadamente soluciones y químicos de limpieza para eliminar manchas y limpiar superficies.
• Usar soluciones de limpieza aprobadas con el EPP adecuado según se requiera y seguir la SDS.
• Quitar el polvo del mobiliario y fregar superficies hasta que estén limpias.
• Limpiar y mantener los baños con trapeadores y desinfectantes apropiados.
• Llegar a tiempo para el turno según lo programado y completar todo el trabajo en el tiempo asignado.
• Identificar y reportar reparaciones necesarias en el equipo para asegurar que estén bien mantenidos.
• Capacitarse en otras labores o áreas según indique el Supervisor.
