Overview
The Systems Integration Analyst plans, develops, implements, and maintains integrations for Tyler School ERP Pro with critical district applications (e.g., SIS, Time & Attendance, and other 3rd-party systems). This role ensures seamless, accurate, and efficient data exchange across the district's technology ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement secure and reliable data interfaces and integrations between Tyler School ERP Pro and external systems.
- Collaborate closely with key departmental stakeholders (Finance, HR, IT, and Administration) to analyze school district needs. This involves documenting integration specifications, process flows, and technical designs, and accurately mapping data fields.
- Resolve and document complex technical issues, including data integrity problems, interface errors, and system connectivity issues, across all integrated platforms.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy during system upgrades or the introduction of new integrated applications by assisting with data conversion and migration activities.
- Serve as the technical liaison, coordinating communication and activities among the district's IT team, Tyler Technologies support, and 3rd-party vendors. Additionally, provide internal users with technical guidance and facilitate knowledge transfer.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- ERP Experience: Direct experience working with and supporting Tyler School ERP Pro or a similar K-12 focused ERP system preferred.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Strong proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts.
- Experience with API principles and web service protocols for system-to-system integration.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for debugging integration failures.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary Range: $50,000 – $65,000
