Job Description:
As a BDC Representative, you will be the voice of the dealership, responsible for handling inbound and outbound communications with prospective and current customers. Your primary goal will be to schedule appointments, follow up on leads, and ensure an outstanding customer service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to internet leads, incoming calls, and online inquiries.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries and service leads.
- Schedule appointments for sales and service teams.
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records using our CRM system.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to drive dealership traffic.
- Follow up with no-show appointments to reschedule.
- Meet or exceed performance targets for lead response, appointment setting, and customer satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with sales and service departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle high volumes of calls and emails professionally.
- Previous customer service or BDC experience preferred, but not required.
- Comfortable using CRM software and other related technologies.
- Positive, friendly, and professional attitude.
