About the role:
A dispatcher has a critical role that involves coordinating and managing the schedules of our service vehicles. They are responsible for monitoring schedules to ensure timely and accurate information flows between various parties, including customers, drivers, and office. This role requires excellent multitasking, problem-solving, and communication skills along with accurate preparation and processing of paperwork for all jobs.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating with techs on daily schedule
- Communication between office, techs and customers
- Receiving and processing calls for scheduling
- Monitoring and tracking fleet vehicles to maximize workflow
- Maintaining records and detailed notes
- Processing Work Orders
