What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounting Clerk position at McLarty Automotive Group, LLC?
Accounts Payable position with cross-training for other accounting duties as needed.
Essential Duties:
- Posting invoices.
- Completing online payments.
- Coding all invoices to appropriate accounts.
- Posting all open items in accounts payable/receivable on a daily basis.
- Printing all account reports and maintaining management designated account files.
- Reconciling statement and the ledger making sure that payments are consistent with dealership schedules.
- Preparing account checks.
- Filing.
- Scanning.
Excellent computer skills are required. Attention to detail. General accounting experience and knowledge preferred.
Must possess and maintain acceptable MVR standards. Must pass pre-employment background and drug screenings.
