Provides project coordination and support with staffing, scheduling, data collection, etc. as assigned to achieve the organization’s staffing/scheduling and productivity goals. Formulates and maintains timely records/reports as assigned.

- Complete process and valid entry of vital statistics. Productivity, Census Activity, Census Graphing, Schedule Errors and other statistic entry as directed.
- Preparation and recording of Attendance for Licensed and Ancillary colleagues or staff in the inpatient care areas.
- Assists with the development of assessment tools, data collection, documentation and analysis. Maintains computerized filing and/or standard filing.
- Coordinates and Tracks Educational and Required In-Service Completions for Float Pool Colleagues. Assists with timekeeping for Float Pool RN’s LPN’s and PCT’s, Transport PSA’s and Travelers.
- Assists House Supervisor and Management Team with Daily Staffing Coordination. Assists selected nursing units with staff scheduling and any adjustments after schedules are finalized. Processes and actively prepares Daily Staffing Sheets for all inpatient units. Program Manager for Staff Master Scheduling software.
- Coordinates/maintains Pathways Acuity System. Assists with preparation of Daily Unit Summaries for Team Leaders to show comparison of Actual and Budgeted Parameters. Inputs statistical data gathered from system (mix, productivity).
- Performs general secretarial duties:
- Attends various meetings as requested; preparing and distributing report packages prior to meeting dates, making room arrangements and notifying attendants of meeting details.
- Confidently uses Microsoft Excel to produce forms, newsletters and reports as requested.
- Performs word processing of various correspondence forms, newsletters and reports as requested.
- Schedules and coordinates meetings, appointments, and other events; arranging date, time, and location.
- Maintains and updates bulletin boards for nurse staffing office and Float Pool break room. Orders supplies. Acts as an information resource by answering phones, referring calls, greeting customers in a professional manner, and educating colleagues on basic computer use. Verifies Traveler Invoices prior to payment. Performs other duties consistent with purpose of job as directed.
