About the Role
MCL Talent Partners is hiring on behalf of a premier, established client in the Omaha area for motivated, entry-level Business Account Managers to oversee and expand B2B client portfolios. This role focuses heavily on relationship cultivation, new account acquisition, brand alignment, and consultative service guidance, providing a strong foundation for a long-term corporate career.
Because our client provides a complete training curriculum from the ground up, no prior industry experience is required. Full conceptual onboarding and ongoing professional mentorship are included from day one.
Candidates with backgrounds in customer service, hospitality, retail management, sports/athletics, or other high-energy, people-focused roles who want to transition into professional account management are highly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Management: Conduct professional, face-to-face consultations with prospective and existing commercial clients.
- Relationship Cultivation: Build, grow, and maintain strong, long-term B2B relationships to ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
- Account Acquisition: Drive regional market development through strategic follow-ups, relationship-based networking, and localized field presentations.
- Data Integrity: Track all client interactions, pipeline milestones, and account updates accurately using internal CRM tools.
- Professional Development: Attend regular strategy sessions, account optimization clinics, and collaborative business development workshops.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with team members to optimize client engagement and market enrollment strategies.
Qualifications / Skills
- Proficiency in English communication (written and verbal) is required.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and professional relationship-building skills.
- A reliable, highly self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset with a solid work ethic.
- Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle are required for daily local travel to client sites.

Compensation
- Structure: Performance-based compensation model
- Target First-Year Earnings: $44,056 - $87,143 , depending on performance.
