Your Hands-On Sales & Operations Training Routine

• Meet with business owners and working professionals in person
• Deliver straightforward, simple presentations to explain available supplemental employee benefit programs and employee programs.
• Act as a reliable, familiar point of contact to support and maintain accounts over the long term.
• Organize and take ownership of your own daily schedule of appointments and follow-ups.

What We Look For

• Prior experience as a shift supervisor, warehouse lead, crew foreman, restaurant captain, or assistant manager is highly valued.
• A strong, reliable work ethic with a genuine desire to learn a brand-new professional skill set.
• Clear, honest communication skills and a comfortable presence when talking to new people.
• A coachable mindset—someone who can take a proven playbook, listen to feedback, and execute daily.
• Comfortable working and developing leadership skills within a 100% performance-based commission structure.
• A valid driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle.
• Ability to complete the standard state professional licensing process (assistance/support provided).
