About the Position
McKnight Therapy Center is seeking a qualified and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who meets Minnesota's Qualified Supervising Professional (QSP) requirements to support our Early Intensive Developmental and Behavioral Intervention (EIDBI) program.
This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician seeking a part-time position with a flexible schedule while supporting children with autism and related developmental needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision to behavior technicians and oversee the implementation of individualized ABA treatment plans
- Conduct behavioral psychological assessments, Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA), and diagnostic evaluations to inform intervention strategies
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to client behaviors to track progress and modify treatment plans accordingly
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans tailored to each child's unique needs, including those with autism spectrum disorders
- Collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare providers to ensure cohesive care and effective communication about client progress
- Perform patient assessments, intake evaluations, and ongoing monitoring of clients’ developmental progress in various settings such as home or school
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, medical records, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations for confidentiality and privacy
Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification.
- Meets applicable Minnesota DHS requirements to serve as a QSP for EIDBI services.
- Master's-level education meeting applicable requirements.
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis and autism intervention.
- Experience with treatment planning, clinical supervision, and documentation.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with families and clinical staff.
Schedule and Compensation
- Approximately 20 hours per week.
- Flexible scheduling by mutual agreement.
