Pro-Health Care, a leading home care agency located in Columbia Heights, is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to fill a full-time Supervising Professional position. This position is ideal for an RN passionate about making a difference in the community by empower individuals to live independently in their homes and communities.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor with the client/responsible party a plan of care based on the service delivery plan
- Train and orient CFSS support workers
- Supervise, observe, and evaluate worker competency
- Provide nursing services as directed by the agency
- Oversee health-related procedures and safety compliance
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records, logs, and documentation
- Participate in internal audits, quality improvement initiatives, and compliance reviews
Qualifications:
- A current, unrestricted RN license in Minnesota is required
- Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience in home care, disability services, or community health settings required
- Ability to travel within the Twin Cities metro with a valid driver's license and a reliable personal transportation with current automobile insurance coverage
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organization skills
- Experienced in dealing with clients of various cultural backgrounds
- Self-motivated and diligent
