CASHIER – DAYTIME SHIFTS
McKinnon's Market & Super Butcher Shop – Everett, MA
McKinnon's is looking for a friendly, dependable Cashier to join our Everett team. This position is ideal for someone seeking steady morning and early-afternoon hours in a welcoming, fast-paced neighborhood market.
We are especially interested in applicants with consistent weekday availability. Typical shifts will begin in the morning and end by mid-afternoon.
Responsibilities:

Provide friendly and efficient service to every customer

Accurately scan and bag customer purchases

Process cash, credit, debit and other forms of payment

Assist customers with questions and help resolve concerns

Keep the checkout area clean, organized and properly stocked

Follow all store policies regarding payments, rewards and customer privacy

Help with light stocking or other front-end duties when needed
Qualifications:

Dependable, punctual and comfortable working independently

Friendly and professional when assisting customers

Able to handle money and transactions accurately

Comfortable standing for the duration of a shift

Previous cashier or customer-service experience is helpful, but we are happy to train the right person
Schedule:
