Responsibilities:
- Manage the customer’s experience
- Smooth transfer of trust from sale and estimating to the production team
- Manufactures warranty information
- Architectural submittal and shop drawings
- Contract reviews
- Closeout documents
- Invoicing of projects
- Track budgets, schedules, and project documentation
- Pre and post construction walk through with customer and production team
Qualifications:
- 2 years of project management experience in roofing or construction
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of roofing systems and industry best practices
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient with project management software and mobile tools
- Valid driver’s license
