We're seeking a dynamic Commercial Roofing Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales team, driving commercial roofing projects to new heights. This role offers the opportunity to shape a team, influence company growth, and make a tangible impact in the communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Drive sales across commercial sectors in Nebraska, Iowa, and surrounding areas.
- Collaborate with estimators, production, operations, and leadership teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Manage personal sales pipeline while supporting team members in achieving their goals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Drive bottom line company growth while maintaining a strong P&L
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in commercial roofing sales
- 3 year in a leadership or sales management role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- A strong background in low-slope and metal roofing systems
- Strong understanding of the Midwest roofing market and local regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and hold a team accountable
