Essential Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage Medical Secretaries
- Ensure consistent, professional patient interactions
- Monitor scheduling accuracy and front desk workflow
- Address patient concerns and assist with de-escalation
- Provide coaching, performance feedback, and accountability
- Ensure compliance with confidentiality and HIPAA standards
- Collaborate with HR and leadership on performance and policy enforcement
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required.
- Five (5) or more years of progressive management experience may be considered in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2–3 years of leadership or supervisory experience required.
- Demonstrated experience in customer service management.
- Healthcare experience preferred but not required.
