SEM Senior Specialist

Job Description

Our client is seeking a Digital Experience Senior Specialist to join our Global Technology Department remotely on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing Google Ads accounts across multiple business lines and our corporate brand. You will develop and implement strategic campaigns that align with business goals and budget requirements, identify areas for cost savings, and enhance targeting effectiveness. Your expertise in analytics will support data-driven decision-making, while you serve as a trusted consultant to marketing stakeholders on Google Ads best practices.

Responsibilities

• Generate monthly performance reports for Google Ads accounts and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate regularly with team members to review campaign strategies, gain approvals, and track progress.
• Maintain weekly account health by refining negative keywords, adjusting bids, resolving ad disapprovals, and identifying problematic keywords.
• Work closely with SEO specialists to integrate keyword strategies for improved campaign performance.
• Set up new campaigns in line with best practices and existing strategic frameworks.
• Lead the integration of advertising assets following acquisitions to ensure seamless account consolidation.
• Provide training and guidance to team members on Google Ads workflows and industry best practices.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in communications, marketing, advertising, or related fields.
• Minimum of5 years’ hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns including search, display, shopping, and video ads.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
• Strong proficiency with Google Ads platform, Google Analytics4, SEMRush or comparable SEO tools, and Microsoft Office suite.
