Responsibilities
- Develop and communicate clear product strategies aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
- Lead the design, testing, and iteration of innovative R&D products through pilot programs and user research.
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Balance user experience considerations with operational efficiency and sales goals.
- Conduct in-person research sessions to validate assumptions and deepen customer understanding.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies including Design Thinking workshops, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Translate customer feedback into prioritized product features and roadmaps.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and educate teams on prioritization based on impact and feasibility.
- Collaborate effectively with engineering, UX, and other teams to remove obstacles and deliver value.
- Utilize analytics to measure product performance and inform strategic decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1–2 years of experience in digital product management
- Preferred MBA or Master’s degree
- 2–3 years experience translating business strategy into consumer-facing digital products
- 1–2 years experience with Agile product management methodologies
