Key Responsibilities
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on business objectives, customer insights, and market trends.
- Translate requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized product backlogs.
- Partner with UX/UI, engineering, data, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality digital products on time and within scope.
- Monitor product performance through analytics and user feedback, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Manage product lifecycle from ideation to launch and continuous optimization.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication, ensuring alignment and transparency across stakeholders.
- Benchmark competitive products and emerging technologies to inform product direction.
- Ensure products meet regulatory, compliance, and accessibility standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
- 3–7 years of product management experience in digital, web, mobile, or software environments.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies, product roadmapping, and backlog management.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence across teams and levels.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools to track KPIs and inform decisions.
- Knowledge of UX best practices, digital platforms, and emerging technologies.
- Experience in A/B testing, personalization, or customer journey optimization.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar.
- Background in e-commerce, SaaS, or digital transformation initiatives.
