- Develop & maintain relationships
- Communication with clients & advisors
- Tax preparation, planning & research
- Financial statement analysis & planning with business owners
- Planning, coordinating, & reviewing of compilation & review engagements for clients
- Leadership accountability in the training & development of our team
- Clear understanding of team mentality
- High-level knowledge & application of tax regulations
- High-level knowledge & application of accounting fundamentals
- Ability to meet & manage deadlines of your own as well as delegated tasks
- Ability to manage & navigate complex projects both independently & collaboratively
- Strong oral/written communication skills
- Adapts well to new technology
- CPA or CPA bound preferred
