Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position located in Oxford, MS, for a Real Estate Closer. The Real Estate Closer will be responsible for facilitating smooth real estate transaction closings, managing escrow accounts, preparing and reviewing contractual agreements, and ensuring all title requirements are met. This role involves consistent communication with clients, lenders, attorneys, and other stakeholders to maintain an efficient and professional closing process.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Contractual Agreements and Contract Management
- Experience with Closings and Escrow processes
- Knowledge of Title Insurance procedures and requirements
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with real estate laws and regulations in Mississippi is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment
- College degree preferred
