Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Closer, located in Oxford, MS. The Real Estate Closer will be responsible for managing the closing process for real estate transactions, preparing and reviewing contractual agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and financial requirements, and coordinating escrow and title insurance. The role involves collaborating with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth, efficient transactions.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Contractual Agreements and strong skills in Contract Management
- Proficiency in handling Closings and Escrow processes
- Experience with Title Insurance documentation and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple transactions efficiently
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities for working with clients and stakeholders
- Familiarity with real estate and legal documentation processes
- Must have previous experience in real estate, law, or a related field
