Duties
- Manage day-to-day operations of assigned property, including leasing, rent collection, and tenant relations
- Oversee property maintenance and facilities management to ensure safety, cleanliness, and functionality
- Coordinate property leasing activities, including marketing vacant units, conducting tours, and negotiating lease agreements
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations, landlord-tenant laws, and other legal standards
- Utilize property management software such as Appfolio to maintain accurate data entry, filing, and reporting records
- Handle legal administrative tasks related to contracts, lease agreements, and dispute resolution while managing conflict effectively
- Conduct regular inspections to monitor property condition and address maintenance issues promptly
- Processing and coding of all monthly invoices
- Foster positive customer relationships through excellent phone etiquette, customer service skills, and upselling opportunities for additional services or amenities
Qualifications
- Proven experience in property management or real estate administrative roles with a strong understanding of landlord-tenant law and Fair Housing regulations
- Familiarity with property management systems such as Appfolio is a plus
- Strong customer service orientation combined with conflict management skills to handle tenant concerns professionally
- Office experience including data entry, filing, phone etiquette, and administrative support functions
- Ability to negotiate lease terms effectively while adhering to regulatory standards
- Skills in facilities management, property maintenance coordination, and vendor relations are highly desirable

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
