About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Relationship Manager to support our wealth advisors, oversee client service operations, and help ensure an exceptional client experience. This role is central to maintaining seamless client relationships and efficient practice operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Client communication: Act as a primary point of contact by phone and email; coordinate with team members to ensure prompt client service.
- Administrative support: Schedule meetings, prepare reports/materials, and complete follow-up tasks including summaries and action items.
- Account management: Onboarding, process openings, transfers, and other service items with accuracy and timeliness.
- Data & record keeping: Maintain organized, up-to-date client and prospect information within the CRM system.
- Proactive outreach: Contact clients regarding RMDs, charitable giving, wire transfers, and other time-sensitive needs.
- Process improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance client service workflows and operational efficiency.
- Location: Primarily in-office serving clients and collaborating with team members in our Riverside, CA office.
Skills & Qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience in financial services or professional services environment
- Bachelor’s degree (finance, business, economics or related field preferred)
- Strong relationship management skills including excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Very organized with the ability prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- High attention to detail and problem solving abilities
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and common office software
- A warm and personal touch helping ensure a meaningful client experience
- Client-centered mindset with the ability to build rapport and trust
- Securities/insurance licensing or designations are a plus but not required
