Client Manager – Position Overview
Blue Vision Marketing is hiring a full-time Client Manager to represent Frontier Communications. In this entry-level role, you’ll meet with customers face-to-face, assist them in selecting high-speed internet options that match their needs, and support them throughout the sign-up process.
As a Client Manager, you’ll focus on relationship-building, clear communication, and dependable customer support while working in a fast-paced, people-centered environment.
Responsibilities of a Client Manager
- Meet with residential customers in person to introduce and explain Frontier internet services
- Help customers understand plan options, pricing, and features in a clear and friendly way
- Provide consistent customer support during account setup and enrollment
- Build trust by offering honest recommendations and representing the brand professionally
- Work toward individual and team performance goals
- Stay up to date on promotions, service updates, and product information through training
Qualifications for a Client Manager
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, or a customer-facing role is helpful but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented, goal-driven environment
- Comfortable interacting with customers face-to-face
- Full-time availability; Monday–Saturday preferred
